There
I reach
At the last few pages
Close to where
The book would end
Where it no longer
will hold in its cover
A story unread
For me
Forever
There
in those last few pages
I stop
There I close the book
Dog eared
at the last unread page
To be read later
But never to be ended
Just to linger at the end
Forever
I too do the same thing…🤷♂️

You just don’t want them to end 🤗

It takes a lot of willpower not to read the ending

Yes. There lies the dilemma

I could never do that. Unless I knew the ending

Why should there be an ending. Or just one ending

Who needs and end. All we need is a journey. 😊

Nice take. If you linger at the end, how can you enjoy the journey, dear? Every beginning needs closure, I think.
