गुज़रती ज़िंदगी के,  मचलती लहरों पर  मेरा अक्स,  कुछ बिगड़ा हुआ सा दिखा  वक़्त की बेचैन लहरें  अगर थम जाएँ  तो है जो असल  वो दिखायी दे  तब तक यूँ ही  बहता रहूँगा  लहरों के साथ कभी  लहरों से कश्मकश में कभी  और गुज़रेगी ये ज़िंदगी  यू ही बेबस, निरंतर
