What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?
There goes a thought
Through the tunnel of my mind
this one looks good
the last one was ugly
this one came fast
the other one was slow
I just sit on the bench and count
like the cars on the highway
red, black, white, blue and yellow
if I want I can hail one to stop
and sit and travel a while
or I can just watch them go
and mark them in my diary
Just a number
just another thought
like cars on a busy highway
